Good morning/evening, everybody! Thank you for joining us last night.
We hope you discovered something interesting during the time we spent together on the Insomniac Net last night.

Last week we had our Soggy Seatac roof replaced.
After the stomping, ripping and trashing, pounding, and shouting, the new roof was finally done, except....
Where did the roofers put IT?
The IT was our ever-delightful Shelley [KF7TBA]'s homemade 2m Yagi.
Well, we eventually found it in the Recycle/Trash Dumpster -- and not exactly in the Recycle mode!

So instead of raising the roof, we hauled out of the dumpster Shelley's beautiful yagi (which looks like a giant Lock-Pick -- see here).
Accordingly, we offer for your approval, 3 questions about Up On The RoofTOP?
Please choose your answers from any of the 3 (several) answers -- not the usual "A", "B", or "C" (if applicable!) for each question.
Good Luck and remember, YOU are always a WINNER with us, regardless of your actual answers!
OK, OK, get down off the ladder, grab some coax-glue, and some silicone "STICK IT!" for mounting the yagi on the chimney,...

Question #1: The yagi is basically repairable by straightening out the aluminum director and reflector elements, the AWG10 driven (dipole) element, and replacing the chopped off BNC connector. True or false?
        T. True, or
        F. False.

LW checked with Ron [NR7O] who knows antennae: "No probs -- just straighten and re-BNC -- Easy! Toss me Mr. Crimper, Dude!"

Question #2: The base of the roof is constructed of sheets of a material nailed in place, then covered with shingles. What is this sub-material?
        G. Old grocery bags glued to gather and compressed by sleeping on them at least 3 months, or
        O. Oriented strand board (OSB), also known as flakeboard, or
        U. Unicorn tears and spider webs.
Building codes, the Engineered Wood Association, architects and most builders rate plywood and oriented strand board (OSB) equal in strength and durability.
Like-thicknesses of these two products can span the same distances between studs or rafters, weigh about the same and offer similar nail-holding abilities.

Question #3: We used the Dow/Corning Roofing Systems. What is their Cartoon mascot?
        B. Bugs Bunny, or
        D. Daffy Duck, or
        P. The Pink Panther.
